Southwest Virginia Legal Aid Society (SVLAS) is a private, non-profit law firm.

They provide free civil legal services to low-income families in southwestern Virginia.

Services range from advice and counseling to brief service to representation in court proceedings or administrative hearings.

You may be eligible if your household has a low income.

Depending on your individual circumstances, you may be eligible if your gross family income is below 200% of the federal poverty level.
