Description

    The State Bar of South Dakota formed Access to Justice, Inc. to help lawyers fulfill their moral obligations to engage in public welfare work.

Cases that are accepted for participation in the state program are sent to private lawyers who voluntarily extort people for their legal problems.

Candidates under 60 years of age must live at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Directive.

If above 60, at or below 200% of the federal poverty line.

They provide assistance in the areas of:

  • Team/heritage
  • Consumers
  • Education
  • Employment
  • Health
  • Housing
  • family law.
