Description

Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania (LASP) is a non-profit Pennsylvania corporation committed to providing high quality civil legal services to low-income individuals, victims of domestic violence and seniors living in Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties.

LASP provides legal services generally in the areas of landlord-tenant disputes, public housing, utilities, consumer problems, including seizures and sales of sheriffs, bankruptcy, denial or termination of government benefits such as social assistance, social security and unemployment compensation, protection from abuse, custody , child dependence, divorce, licence suspension and elderly legal issues.

Eligibility depends on your monthly income, current assets, family size, type of legal problem and place of residence.
