Description

Anishinabe Legal Services is a beneficiary of the Legal Services Corporation (LSC) and independent 501 (c) (3) non-profit that provides free legal assistance to low-income individuals living near Lake Leech, Lake Red and Earth Reserves White in Northwestern Minnesota.

ALS represents clients in tribal courts, state courts, and agencies to help them protect their rights.

They assist those who comply with their financial guidelines in areas such as child protection, family law, evictions, garnishment, wills, social security, civil forfeiture, Indian law and custody/access.
