The Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota (ILCM) is a non-profit agency that provides immigration legal assistance to low-income and refugee immigrants in Minnesota.

ILCM is also committed to educating Minnesota communities and professionals about immigration issues and advocates for state and federal policies that respect the universal human rights of immigrants.

federal poverty guidelines and seek help with poverty

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

They cannot give walk-in or drop-in queries.
