They are an advocacy resource for Medicaid eligible consumers of mental health services.

Services include representation and advocacy to help consumers navigate the behavioral health care system, negotiate service plans, provide educational and technical assistance, and assist consumers in accessing and using the complaint and appeals process.

They assist with grievance, appeal or other issue related to your mental health care.

If you have a problem or concern the Ombudsman will work with both you and your provider to find a solution that works for everyone.
