Description

Since its founding in 1975, the DuPage Legal Assistance Foundation (DuPage Legal Aid) has helped thousands of clients in need of legal help, most often in matters involving family law issues, such as divorce, child support and custody.

DuPage Legal Aid is dedicated to providing the highest level of legal representation possible to lower income residents of DuPage County in many areas of the law.

Their stated purposes are to "assist persons and community organizations to secure legal protection against injustice and to obtain due process of law and the equal protection of the laws; to promote knowledge of the law and of legal process, rights and responsibilities among the poor and the general public; to study the use of law and legal process to combat poverty and poor living conditions; and to provide counsel to persons and groups seeking these ends."

If you need legal assistance with an Order of Protection, Stalking No Contact, or Civil No Contact order, with a divorce, parentage, guardianship or probate, or with an adoption, bankruptcy or other matter, please feel free to contact us at (630) 653-6212.
