Description

The Office of Elder Justice and Adult Protective Services (OJAPS) manages the operation, administration, and evaluation of elder abuse prevention, legal aid development, and pension counseling programs funded through the Older Americans Act, and provides leadership in the development and implementation of comprehensive programs.

They aim to provide a coordinated and seamless response to help victims of adult abuse and prevent abuse before it occurs.
