Description

The Connecticut Legal Rights Project, Inc. (CLRP) is a non-profit, statewide agency that provides legal services to low-income people with mental illness living in hospitals or in the community on issues related to their treatment, recovery and civil rights.

CLRP represents clients according to their expressed preferences in administrative, judicial and legislative venues to enforce their legal rights and ensure that personal decisions are respected and individual self-determination is protected.

Due to a lack of available resources and personnel, CLRP attorneys and legal assistants will only offer representation in cases that have substantial legal merit and cannot accept all cases.

Call them between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 1-877-402-2299 on Monday to Friday.
