Description

At Statewide Legal Services they believe knowledge is power.

They are a legal aid advice and referral center helping low-income people solve their legal problems.

They believe that everyone should have access to justice.

SLS empowers low-income people in Connecticut to obtain justice by providing tools to address their civil legal needs.

Most of their legal services are available only for people with household income at or below 125% of the federal poverty level.

They cannot help you with a criminal case, if are trying to sue someone, or if you have an immigration problem.

If you want to talk with someone about the problem or think you may need the services of an attorney, call the Statewide
