Atlanta Legal Aid Society helps low income people meet basic needs through free civil legal services.

They assist people in legal cases that affect most basic needs: safe home, enough food to eat, a decent education, protection against fraud, and personal safety.

Their clients have annual incomes below 200% of the federal poverty limit.

Their offices are located in downtown Atlanta, East Point, Decatur, Marietta and Lawrenceville, as well as through our Health Law Partnership, where lawyers are housed in Scottish Rite, Egleston and Hughes Spalding children's hospitals.
