Description

The Atlanta Legal Aid Society helps low-income people to meet their basic needs through free civil legal services.

They help people with legal matters that touch on the most basic needs: safe home, enough to eat, decent education, fraud protection, and personal safety.

Clients must have annual incomes below 200% of the federal poverty limit.

Their offices are in downtown Atlanta, East Point, Decatur, Marietta, and Lawrenceville, and through the Health Law Partnership, with attorneys at Scottish Rite, Egleston, and Hughes Spalding Children's Hospitals.
